We are committed to provide a nutrition coaching plan that fits your style and budget. The lifestyle plan includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation
- Current food diary review
- 10 days customized meal plan
- 4 follow up sessions (20 minutes each) providing tips & motivation
- Customized educational material to support clients’ health goals and lifestyle
- Incorporate regular physical activity based on the client’s health assessment
- Unlimited virtual support for 6 month
- Expires in 6 months
STEPS
- Prior to the initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a service agreement and a questionnaire.
- We schedule the initial consultation to review the questionnaire and we obtain information regarding your health, current food choices, food preference, obstacles, etc.
- You receive an individualized eating plan Emailed within 5-7 business days.
- At each follow up session, progress is reviewed.
- Session 1: Review your healthy eating plan, review the progress and discuss nutrition topics such as focusing on planning, discipline, meal planning and portion control.
- Session 2: Review the progress and discuss nutrition topics such as hunger scale, importance of measuring and balancing.
- Session 3: Review the progress and discuss nutrition topics such as making healthy choices when eating out, physical activity and motivation factors.
- Session 4: Review the progress and discuss nutrition topics such as nutrition facts label, ingredients list, My Plate and the concept of lifestyle change.
