- 1 hour initial consultation (zoom) to understand your needs, goals, and current lifestyle
- Review of your food and physical activity diary
- 10 days customized healthy eating plan that includes many new and easy recipes.
- Weekly 15 minutes accountability phone call (appointments available 7 days of the week).
- One healthy lifestyle goal set every week over the phone call
- 2 follow up zoom sessions (30 minutes each)
- Our sessions include topics such as: portion control, hunger scale, importance of measuring and balancing, making healthy choices when eating out, including physical activity to a busy life, nutrition facts label, ingredients list, and more.
- 1 group zoom session (45 minutes)
- Topic: Meal Planning
- Customized educational material to support clients’ health goals and lifestyles
- Physical activity component included based on clients’ preference
- Unlimited virtual support for 6 months

STEPS

Prior to the initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a service agreement and a questionnaire.

We schedule the initial consultation to review the questionnaire and we obtain information regarding your health, current food choices, food preference, obstacles, etc.

You receive an individualized eating plan emailed within 5-7 business days.

Follow up sessions are scheduled at least 5 days in advance.

At each follow up session, progress is reviewed.

Individual Session 1: Review your healthy eating plan, review the progress and discuss nutrition topics such as focusing on portion control, hunger scale, healthy snacking, nutrition facts label, and ingredients list.

Individual Session 2: Review the progress and discuss nutrition topics such as making measuring and balancing, healthy choices when eating out, physical activity and motivation factors.
