What is Medical Nutrition Therapy?
MNT includes a nutrition diagnosis as well as therapeutic and counseling services to help you manage your disease condition. Medical nutrition therapy includes a lifestyle assessment, a thorough review of current diet and eating habits and development of a personalized nutrition plan.
Do I accept insurance?
Currently we do not accept any form of insurance. Insurance plan will be accepted in the future.
Who should eat a gluten-free diet?
Individuals diagnosed with celiac disease — a lifelong condition — which damages the lining of the small intestine due to a reaction from eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, rye and sometimes oats.
Many individuals (who do have celiac disease) choose to adopt gluten-free lifestyle because they are sensitive or intolerant to gluten. It helps to prevent abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, reflux, etc.
